REMEMBER TO TAKE your contacts out before you shower. Contact lenses are like sponges and will absorb water, like the water in your shower, that you don't want in your eyes.

USING A SHIRT to clean glasses can scratch or damage the lenses! Try using a microfiber cloth.

It occurs two times more often in women above 50 years. The surface of the eye is inflamed and dry, especially if the patient wears contact lens. Conjunctivitis associated with increased nitrogen dioxide levels is another common feature. Risk groups include those who remain outside for a long time.
