Another Tundra with an amazing Mosconi based DSP system. The amplifier was mounted using our newest aluminum amp rack that has been powder coated black. 3D printed circuit breaker mount to hold the Stinger circuit breaker. Stinger Roadkill was applied in all the right spots to control resonances. Next we mounted some great speakers to our milled PVC door speaker adapters. The tweeters were mounted using our 3D printed angled tweeter mounts. Schedule an appointment to HEAR what great system design, attention to detail, and proper DSP tuning sounds like.

The torture test is complete. @dope_tundra_beast took the new Stinger Heigh10 radio to Baja and beat the $?!& out of it! We all give it the as it held up like a champ. We added the radio, Sirius XM tuner, back up camera interface, new front camera and connected the toslink digital output directly to his existing sound processor. Next up will be to add the blind spot cameras. The screen will switch to blind spot cameras when you put on your turn signal! The functionality, amazing screen resolution, super clean digital audio out, and super reasonable price make it a winner in our book. Gen 2 Rock Warrior has been completed. This was a typical upgrade. There was an existing bass amp / subwoofer install. We added our Stage 1 EVO speakers with 3D printed tweeter mounts, and machined PVC door adapters. The doors were sound deadend. We remounted the previously installed amplifier on a powder coated steel rack. Next we installed a 4 channel class A/B Mosconi amplifier with internal DSP to power the new front stage. Up front we replaced a corroded battery terminal, added our clamp on dual fuse holder mount, and upgraded the ground wire to 0 gauge. After some time with our dual RTA system we have another great sounding Tundra. @ Define Concepts

2nd gen Tundra with some battery terminal issues. We were fixing an old amplifier installation and adding a 2nd amp. Ended up swapping the battery terminal and adding our clamp down dual fuse holder mount. It is printed from PETG with carbon fiber reinforcement. Here we go again! Tuning another one of our amazing Tundra systems! I am still impressed at the detail, sound stage, and output we get from this setup. Not our normal installation. Here we have a Honda Odyssey in for an SQ2 upgrade. The goal was to improve the sound as much as possible on a moderate budget. The vehicle needed to be returned to stock quickly when the lease is up in 24 months. This Odyssey Elite came with the premium 550 watt sound system. We fabricated a bolt in bracket to mount an 8ch Mosconi one series amplifier under the passenger seat. Audio signal was pulled from the front tweeters, midrange drivers, and... rear subwoofer. The 90.8 amplifier has a built in DSP that we used to re-EQ the front speakers and subwoofer. The factory amplifier was left in place and still powers the center channels, and rear speakers. Up front we installed the Focal KX2 speakers. The door midbass were mounted into custom milled adapters and use laser cut foam to seal to the door panel. Stinger Roadkill sound deadener was added to the inner door skin and the back side of the door panel in key areas to reduce resonances. The tweeters were moved to the outside of the A pillars and custom housings were fabricated to turn the tweeters in and away from the glass. The rear subwoofer box was strengthened and modified to accept the Image Dynamics 8 subwoofer. Once installed the system was pulled into our tuning bay. My wife sent me this picture from 15 years ago.... it was from the day she and I jumped on a plane to Oakland to pick up this 6 series convertible BMW. We had a really nice drive down the coast back to SoCal. It became the first huge project for me at Alpine. I am so proud of what we did to that car in such a short period of time. Steve and I really tried to push things to the next level. We also had a great group of people that helped us get it done! Fun to remember what we did before lasers and CNC’s.
