This infographic helps explain some of the "symptoms" of Complex PTSD, or C-PTSD. Growing up in an emotionally unpredictable household can lead to some of these issues. Hobbies are...lifesaving? This actually feels really important right now. I know that the people in my life who seem to weather the storm well are the knitters, bakers, woodworkers, and chefs. This article reminds me to 1) give myself permission to create, 2) stop worrying about whether the outcome is "worthwhile", and 3) make stuff ESPECIALLY when it seems like it's a waste of time.
