Helloooou Everyone, Thank you all for being such great clients and friends! Without your love & trust .... I couldn’t of gone through this left shoulder surgery!!! I appreciate all of you and look forward to reconnecting! It’s a great success! My left shoulder is healed and growing stronger daily! I’ve the clearance to start back to work To start my reentry..... Right now, my schedule will be: ... Wednesday’s 2 pm - 7 pm Thursday’s 10 am to 2:00 pm Friday’s 12am to 4:00 pm Saturday’s 9:00 am to 1:00 pm....... Or any other 4 hours of these days that work for us..... I’m still doing PT for strengthening... 2 to 3 Xs a week..... and it will be a few months more.(I’ll be so buff : ) Plus, I’m use to doing nothing so that’s going to be a huge hello!!! You’ve not heard from my Hair Hair Hair Facebook Page for awhile right? I’m busy healing from Shoulder Repair Surgery! Every day I’m better! My arm is working well!.... considering I’m only 5 weeks out from surgery, tissue implant, and healing!!! I’m active ... using my Exercycle when it’s wet or cool. Now that we’ve warmed up? The pool will give me hours of exercise, rest and fun.... I’ll start Physical Therapy @ Advanced Physical Therapy week 6... I can’t thank the professionals at Jamie’s enough!!!
