This year’s Yoga for Change is a magnificent event filmed inside our stunning cathedral and created just for Grace. The class is led by four teachers who bring asana practice, music and chanting inside your home as together we express dna generosity for children and families. Please join us as we joyfully gather online to practice and support The Community Preschool at Grace Cathedral. All donations go towards tuition assistance, healthy meals, parent education workshops, activity supplies and more. Tuesday, December 1st, at 6pm. https://gracecathedral.org/yoga-for-change/
