EFT Tapping for staying calm in a divided & conflicted world

So honored to be asked to lead these 25 employees at JP Morgan in learning some mind hacks and stress relief tools during a Health & Wellness employee appreciation week We ended off the hour with a relaxing guided Imagery Journey! So fun!

As one of the monthly Lupus LA support group facilitators, I was so grateful & honored to be asked by Lupus LA to lead a guided meditation & provide useful relaxation tools with the Lupus community. Lupus is one of the autoimmune conditions I was diagnosed with in 2007 after having years of odd, unexplained symptoms. It was only after having sudden severe knee pain, that an Orthopedic Dr. noticed a little face rash on my checks (which I always thought was rosacia), that I wa...s first sent for testing. Currently, Lupus is quiet in my body and has been for quite some years - after having gone through Hypnotherapy training and learning EFT Tapping. Once I started applying what I was learning to myself, my lab work improved and under the supervision of my Dr., I was able to reduce my main Lupus medication. Today would have been Louise Hay's 94th Birthday! She was one of my very first mentors in the self help, mind-body connection arena
