Tonight's "Family & Friends' Dinner" will be, Roasted Chicken Skewers with Red and Green Bells, Sweet White Onions & Roma Tomatoes. They will be doused with a puree of Roasted Asparagus, Garlic and Chipotle Peppers then cooked over the fire. Along with this will be Layna's Fav, Mexican Corn, slathered with Mayo, Pico Powder and Parmesan, foil wrapped and Roasted, lastly a Tender Salad with Field Greens, Strawberries, Candied Pecans, Blue Cheese crumbles, a little Balsamic Red...uction, Bacon and Wine Blush Dressing. Bring what you may like to drink, I would think a cool White wine would do, the rest is on me! Thank you ALL for the life we have been blessed with, you are all a part of it. Tonight's "Family & Friend's Dinner" will be...Bierocks, trays of Bierocks. Going to lay out some of Layna's fresh "Hand Tossed" Pizza Dough, layer each spot with Peppery Ground Beef, Sauteed Cabbage, Sweet Onions, a bit of Parmesan Cheese, add another layer of that Yummy Dough and bake these beauties to a golden brown. Baked Tomatoes will be next on the menu, sliced in half, olive oiled, dusted with Italian Bread Crumbs, fresh chopped garlic, salt & Pepper, to finish we'll m...ake some Junior Portabella mushrooms, quartered, Grilled in Garlic, Lots of Butter, Italian Parsley, Red Onions, Salt & Pepper.
