THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE AND CONCERN We are so moved by the outpouring of caring messages during the Northern California Fires. Thankfully we can share that Tobias Glen Vineyard and our side of Sonoma County in the Russian River Valley has been untouched by the current fires.... We are truly blessed that majority of our crew and family are safe. We want to thank you all for your support and well wishes. Our thoughts and concerns remain with our colleagues and neighbors in Napa, Sonoma, Solano, Lake and Mendocino Counties. These horrific fires have taken lives, destroyed homes, wineries and other businesses and evacuation orders are still in place. Here are some ways to pitch in and help: GoFundMe has created a central California fire relief hub page, where user can find individual campaigns that vary in scope from the personal to the regional. The Napa Valley Community Foundation has reactivated the Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund, which the NVV established with a $10 million donation immediately following the 2014 South Napa earthquake. Funds remaining will be put immediately to use for local nonprofits to help fire victims with temporary shelter, meals, medical care, child care, animal care and mental health services. For volunteer information, please contact the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL). At this point, no volunteers or donated goods/items are needed, per CVNL.

Its heart hardening to hear so many bad news on EB5 Regional Centers' misconduct lately. This really put a dent into a USCIS program that designs to promote US economy and help foreigners to get green card. I have always advocate that all EB5 Regional Centers should register with Securities Exchange Commission and the USCIS should examine RC's financial documents each year. And I vow that I will... continue to advocate for these elements.... I hope all EB5 Regional Center's operators should act ethically and exercise compassion towards the foreign investors as their families' life and future, when resettling to USA, rely heavily on your honesty and integrity.
