CWA Local 9415 Holiday Party tonight at 6pm. Join your fellow union brothers and sisters and bring your family. Fun times and karaoke. Food, raffle for 42 inch television, and several gift cards. Food includes...ham, turkey, macaroni and cheese, dressing, green beans, yams, corn, vegetarian lasagna, cakes, etc all homemade! No store bought food!

Northern California/Nevada Council Civil Rights & Equity 2nd Annual Unity Softball Tournament (CWA District 9) Here is how the final elimination bracket posted.... Side note: Locals 9421, 9404, and 9410 all went 2-0 in pool play prior to this. Once again, thank you to all of the locals that took time to field teams this year and a big shout out to those who traveled long distances. Thank you to every participant. I hope everyone made it through intact. The competition level rose to a new height this year. Happy to see soooo many brother's and sister's come out again, on their day off no less, and play hard until the last out. Big congratulations go to Local 9421 for pulling out another championship this year. You guys have the formula. Take care of that trophy! Special thanks to Gerry Perez, Mark Bautista, Monica Morales Alvarado, Jaime Vergil Dushun James, Shelly Konopa, John Miller, Robin Chatman and especially the birthday girl Dawnya Wade Walker for all of the help and input they gave the committee over the past few months. I love you guys. Couldn't have done it without you. If I missed anyone forgive me! See you all in August 2016!
