Lauro prides himself in being a life long learner. He is consta...ntly assisting with various issues and enjoys the challenges of the unknowns. Lauro spends his days training and learning with other mechanics to keep CVM in peak condition. Processing Antonio Alvarado (Right) Antonio always displays a team player attitude. Antonio always demonstrates excellent working skills and is always willing to help. He aligns himself with CVM’s core values and displays leadership qualities that are visible to his peers. Processing Juan Santillan (Right) Juan demonstrates the incredible ability to keep calm under pressure. He motivates his employees by providing positive feedback on their performance and by offering assistance in areas of improvement. Juan has encouraged his employees to reach their goals, and has mentored them along the way. When the going gets tough, CVM can rely on Juan to get the job done. At CVM, we care about our hard working employees. Mother’s Day is special for many different reasons and to celebrate we’ve continued our long tradition of gifting our women of CVM Mother’s Day roses. These roses represent how thankful we are for these mothers/daughters/women taking the time away from their home life to come to work and give us 110% every single day.

These employees come to work prepared to give 110% and in turn they make our workplace safer and more efficient. We’re excited to share our April 2019 Employee of the Month recipients: Production Jose Callente-Chavez (left)... Jose has been with Central Valley Meat since 2002. Jose is always on time every day at 4:30AM and greets everyone with a Good morning! Jose takes the time to ask what else can be done to help set up other areas, going above and beyond his call of duty. His attention to detail helps us ensure we exceed standards set. Jose displays leadership qualities and is a great example of our employees at CVM. Quality Assurance Sergio Garcia (right) Sergio is a long time employee at Central Valley Meat, who has a high regard for Food Safety. Sergio goes above and beyond to ensure success for CVM. He treats his fellow coworkers with the utmost respect. Sergio is always willing to stay after shift to ensure that the company’s needs are met. Sergio has positioned himself as a lifelong learner who is always willing to take on more responsibility. Central Valley Meat is grateful to have these employees.
