Ingredients: Boneless Squab Breasts Jalapenos Cream Cheese Bacon Pappy's Seasoning (Pappy's Fine Foods) Olive Oil BBQ Sauce (Five Monkey's BBQ sauce) How To Make: Pat dry squab breasts Coat skin side with olive oil Sprinkle meat side with seasoning Insert half jalapeno w/o seeds filled with cream cheese into middle of breast meat Fold the two sides of the meat together Wrap squab w/1-2 strips of bacon Baste outside w/BBQ sauce Smoke at 350 until desired internal temperature. Best served medium rare.
