As 2020 wraps up, it's a perfect time to reflect back on the crazy year it's been and all that you accomplished over the last 12 months! Here at CT Homes, we always reflect on past projects like to look back on some of our favorite projects of 2020 and why! Parkview Terrace (La Jolla) - the views from this house were and still are arguably the best in La Jolla! We were able to help the previous owner with helpful offer terms and made the transaction as easy we possibly cou...ld. THE most special part of this deal was that previous owner visited the property mid-construction and couldn't believe the progress...very cool moment. Adams Ave (Kensington)- The sheer style of this classic 1929 home sticks at as one of the "coolest" houses we've done in 2020 and beyond. The Spanish-style exterior, huge bay windows, winding staircases and laundry list of existing built-ins combine to be the perfect reminder how special the style and characters of times past! Avenida de Las Pescas (La Jolla) - The huge master bedroom retreat with its own private balcony was a special space we really enjoyed having the chance to create. Crafting and designing a home from the ground up like this gives us the creative ability to build and design the home exactly the way we think the future owner will enjoy it! Caflur Ave (Bay Ho) - The key word on Caflur was SIZZLE! Our project manager Michelle did an awesome job with the Pergola / Fire pit in the back corner of the lot which had canyon and peak ocean views...the perfect place to relax and drink wine at the end of a long day! Myers St (Oceanside) - One of the biggest projects in our history as a company, Myers St really required tireless effort from our team because of the complexity of the project. We demo'd the previously existing structures, worked with the city of Oceanside to entitle the lot for construction, built the units, and even set up the HOA for the four brand new units there now.
