Contractors State License Board

Disaster survivors should use CSLB’s Find My Licensed Contractor feature to search for a licensed contractor by using their ZIP Code. Check the contractor’s license numbers on CSLB’s website and compare the license number to the contractor’s pocket license and a picture ID. That confirms they are the same person. A CSLB license is required for any job that is $500 or more (including labor and materials).
