What amazing opportunity was given to me when @8ampharmacy said we can be apart of giving gifts to kids who need them! On such short Notice we raised over 110 toys This just shows how much our box and our community can do and has always done We come together when somebody needs a helping hand. Our 21 Summer Shred Challenge starts today! Join us as we perform 21 workouts designed to get your heart rate up, burn calories, all in 30min This challenge is all body weight and conditioning base.
