Friday! Yay! May 29th! Let’s end this month with a re-test of what we did at the beginning of May! Are you thinking well I didn’t even do that workout. That’s ok! You can do this to end the month on a good note! There’s other people doing this keep that in mind, that we are a CrossFit familia! We are here for each other even though we aren’t around each other! We are here to support and push you! When you are working out know we are too! Running is good for your entire heart, mind, body and soul! Will it be hot? Yes. Can you do this? You bet you can! Tag us! Post videos or pics! Get after it! Get out there and challenge yourself! JUST DO IT! You can do this! I believe in you! You will thank yourself! You deserve this!
Where did May go? Well, it went with many college students finishing school, parents working hard with their kids online schooling and many still going to work despite this stay at home order! And those of you still truckin forward! We see you all doing the best you can in these times and we you all! You are amazing, you are rockstars and be proud of yourselves no matter how much you freak out daily! You are awesome. Take a breathe in and breathe out I am awesome. Now! Plan to get your workout in sometime tomorrow! Will it blazing hot? You bet your NorCal
