CrossFit San Leandro

The Open is here! For those of you who have done the open previously, here are the changes for 2021: There will be three levels: Rx, Scaled, Foundations. There will be equipment and no equipment versions of each workout. We will obviously have to limit the number of people in the gym, so I am planning on running this on Saturdays after the 9am class. For those of you who have never done the open and have no idea what I am talking about, the Open is an online competition... held by CrossFit headquarters. The word competition is a bit of a misnomer. I would describe this more as a chance to challenge yourself and push outside of your comfort zone with your buddies from the gym. Your only competition is yourself (or Ernesto if your name is Victor R). This year, the workouts will be infinitely scalable and I would love to see lots of you participating from the gym or from home.
