A huge congratulations and welcome to the newest members of the CrossFit Sausalito coaching staff! We are so excited to have Marisa, Anne, and Beale join our ranks. Marisa is a longtime CFS member, former college athlete, and easily one our strongest lifters. Anne comes to us via NCFit, is a competitive weightlifter, and veteran of the fitness industry. Beale is also a longtime CFS member, enthusiastic about our program, and his hard work speaks for itself. We are so lucky to have them onboard.
