I have had some more requests from people who missed Monday and who want to pick up some equipment. I am going to open up tomorrow for a very short time at 6 pm to hand out more stuff for you guys. I'm not gonna have you come in the gym. Just pull up to the gym and let me know what you want and I will bring it out to the car. Anybody who takes equipment has to sign the contract that states what they took, that they will either bring it back in the same condition or will be ch...arged for it and that they must keep their membership in good standing. If you know you are gonna come and grab something please respond to this and let me know so I can have it ready for you and save some time. Thanks guys!!! Thanks all, Jeff

Due to the most recent mandate, as of tomorrow 3/17 we will be temporarily closing CFOF until at least April 7th. Please continue to check in with us daily for at home workouts and programming. While we will miss you guys and we are sad we must close our doors, we do feel like this is in the best interest of our community, our staff and our members. We will be loaning out equipment for our active members to use at home during this time. Please try and make it to the gym thi...s afternoon or tonight to get some gear. Jeff will be at the gym to hand everything out starting at 4:30pm. We are all navigating this hour to hour and day by day. Thank you to all our members who have been a part of our family for over the past ten years. If we have had a meaningful impact on your life in anyway, please consider keeping your membership active as we rely on you to keep CFOF open.
