Monday 130304 Here's the basic program for tonight's barbell training: Squat 5x5 Bench press 5x5 Pull-ups 3x max reps... Medium to medium-heavy today, focus on form. For 5pm class: "Helen" 3 rounds 400m sprint 21 kb swings 12 pull-ups
Hey everyone, yes we're still training, only now at my personal home gym! Small groups sessions are being offered in Barbell Strength training and CrossFit. Classes are held M/W/Fri. I offer 5 sessions per day 9am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Class sizes are limited to 6 people and I currently have openings in the 9, 10 and 7pm classes. Call or email me if you have any questions.
Reminder for tomorrow Monday 12/31, morning class only 8:45 & 10am. No class on Wednesday and back to training on Friday. Happy New Year!!
