We recognize that all of you, like us, are navigating an unprecedented time a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. We think it is important to share how we are proactively planning and preparing to keep operations running smoothly as the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve. We are taking precautionary measures to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to se...rve you, our customer, for the long term. Social distancing (of at least 6 feet) cannot be implemented within an exam room. Therefore, we are transitioning to low-contact examinations until further notice. A low-contact examination entails your pet being collected by a staff member and taken to the treatment area to be examined and for diagnostic procedures to be performed. If it is your wish to remain in your vehicle a masked staff member can come out to you and payment can be made by telephone or a mobile credit card machine. These steps are necessary to help keep staff, doctors, animals and clients safe while continuing to provide critical patient care. These precautions conform with CDC, state and federal recommendations and current Department of Public Health regulations. Medications and food are available for home delivery. If you have any questions please call our office at 916-408-0201
