Sometimes things are just Mint To Be . Brett emailed and requested a chocolate mint cheesecake for his wife’s birthday . I thought, Easy enough. But, she loved a chocolate mint cheesecake and not mint chocolate. Yes, there is a difference this is chocolate with mint NOT mint with chocolate. And here is the final product Chocolate Mint cheesecake made from 3 different kinds of chocolate, even a chocolate with almonds and of course, peppermint. The crust is made... from 2 different cookies and then some, and to top it off, I dusted with cocoa powder and drizzled with a chocolate mint drizzle. .
