"It's crazy to think that in a few short months, COVID has changed life as we know it. Masks, no human contact, and isolation can really wear on one's soul. One thing that remains the same for me is the simple joy of unpacking our new batches of stuffies for our amazing kiddos to choose on the day of their surgeries. Mr. Maus had his tumor removed on his foot today by Dr. Lewin and her special friend / vet oncologist, Dr. Downing. Maus was a great patient and celebrated with lots of doggie treats and snuggles!

Our lobby was designed to be a private place for parents and siblings to relax during surgery. At Cove, only one complex reconstructive procedure is typically performed each day, so each family will have the Surgery Center all to themselves.
