Connect with your mind and body in this all-levels yoga class at Waterfront Park! Class meets every Tuesday and consists of traditional yoga flow followed by restorative yoga poses. Find class details in our latest program guide: https://bit.ly/3fOVbGo
Embrace the healing benefits of the ancient practice of yoga, in a special class designed to relax your inner spirit with moves to focus your attention, calm your mind, reduce stress and improve reaction times. We’re hosting a #free 1 p.m. yoga class at Waterfront Park for 20 registrants, compliments of the San Diego County Parks Society. RSVP details below.
