Account Executive - The candidate holding this position will initiate partnerships with potential clients as well as be the direct liaison between the client and the agency. This person will be responsible for communicating with the client to obtain all of their marketing/advertising needs and then relaying the creative direction to the graphic artists. The Account Executive will be working with clients to develop a campaign that meets their needs as well as fits their budge...t. Cost proposals will be created detailing what the agency can offer the client at what cost. The Account Executive will be in charge of ensuring all deadlines are met and campaigns are running successfully. This role will require the ability to successfully focus the efforts of agency personnel to ensure projects are on time, within budget and with limited disruption. Plays key role in maintaining relationship between Media and Key Agency Clients. Meets with Clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements and present campaign ideas. Handles budgets, manages Client costs, and creates billable PO’s for invoicing. Prepares weekly status reports, managing Client hours. Flexible to changing policies and procedures, as well as varying deadlines.
