A house of many firsts. Built out of a nearly 90% recycled steel structure, the house generates enough electricity with its own @sunpower system, not relying on the local grid. Importantly for us, it was to make the technology seamless, and indistinguishable, a house should just work, without the need to trigger dongles / switches and apps. Dating back to the start of DBA. I was commissioned to design a home for a lovely lady: Hedy. You might know her Flip Flop House in Venice Beach. Well, I designed a bench for her freestanding tub.
