FAQ: My portal is showing that my letters of recommendation have not been received. I sent them from AACOMAS a while ago. What should I do? A: The status that you see in your portal denotes that our Enrollment Data Services department has not REVIEWED your letters, not that they have not received your letters. We receive all letters submitted to AACOMAS. The status that you see is just letting you know that we have not reviewed the letters yet.
