The California Secretary of State has Suspended Pick Up and Expedite Services Effective Monday, December 7, 2020, and anticipated to last through the remainder of the year, the California Secretary of State’s office has temporarily suspended pick up and expedite services. All documents currently dropped off for these services will be sent back to the filer. We will update as more information becomes available.

In order to comply with the current shut down order, Legal Direct Palmdale will be operating on an appointment basis only. Please call us before you walk-in so we can get you scheduled as we are limiting the number of people in our store. Thank you and stay safe!

Planning on going boating in California? If you are under the age of 35 and are planning on driving, remember you must have your BOATERS CARD. By 2025 everyone will need one. If you operate a motorized vessel on California waterways you may be required to have a California Boater Card. Effective Jan 1, 2018 the law is being phased-in over 8 years.
