It’s all in the details! Our indulgent dessert cocktail, The Best Part, is finished with whipped cold brew cream and roasted coffee beans.
There’s more to our signature brown rice congee than meets the eye. Flavors of duck, truffle, dulse seaweed, and aged soy give this dish it’s complexity.
We kick off our multi-course tasting menu with a selection of snacks including oysters. Here, our Capital oysters are fried in a buckwheat tempura batter and topped with a bay laurel leaf emulsion.

Our chicken and shiitake mushroom dumpling, inspired by a traditional Lao snack, features a translucent tapioca casing.
Our beloved egg yolk dish is served with house made bread and chicken skin butter. Enjoy this dish at both CDP and Commis!
Pair your meal with one of our winter cocktails. The Daffy features duck fat-washed Armagnac, Sauternes, and Lillet for a drink reminiscent of a white Manhattan. Cheers!
