***UPDATE*** We have been notified of the power disturbances throughout the city, crews have been notified and an update will be made as soon as it is available. . . .... Red Flag Warning in effect for the City of Colton and surrounding areas until 2pm on Tuesday. Wind gusts expected up to 65 mph. Please watch out for debris and hazards. Please use caution around any potential downed power lines and report immediately to 911.

Colton Residents now have unlimited Mattress Disposal!

The California Independent System Operator (ISO) issued a statewide Flex Alert, a call for voluntary electricity conservation. The Flex Alert is in effect today October 15, 2020 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. These are both in place due to high temperatures in the forecast and increased electricity demand, primarily from air conditioning use.

Although the City of Colton is closed Monday in observance of Columbus Day, your trash service will continue.

Colton Residents have come early for Dump Day 8am to Noon today !! Don’t forget a photo ID and a utility bill. (670 Colton Ave.)
