Ben is a remarkable Registered Veterinary Technician. Ben started as a volunteer in the veterinary field in 2012. He quickly became a Certified Veterinary Assistant and then completed the Mesa College Registered Veterinary Technician program. While in school Ben had the opportunity to intern at the world renowned San Diego Safari Park. He has many fond memories and unique experiences working with exotic animals. Ben’s kind and gentle demeanor makes those around him feel comfortable, including our beloved patients. He has a passion for oral health in small animal medicine and will seize any opportunity to assist the doctor with an anesthetic dental procedure. We hope that you can stop by and say hello to Ben.
Leanne is a marvelous Registered Veterinary Technician. Leanne began her journey in veterinary medicine in 2004. As she gained knowledge in the field she developed a passion for behavior medicine. I quickly realized that the human-animal bond was unlike any other relationship. People depend on their animals for comfort and companionship. Their animals are by their side during life changing moments. Our pet’s behavior is such a crucial part of this relationship. Leanne is no...w pursuing her Veterinary Technician Specialty in Behavior, a title that requires extensive study, hours, and mentorship. She speaks to her clients and peers with empathy and compassion. She works with some of Coastview’s most nervous patients giving them autonomy and choice in the veterinary hospital. You will probably see her with a clicker around her wrist and smile on her face. You are always welcome to stop by and say hello! See more
