I know it’s a hard time right now...I know you are busy...I know you have so much to do...but Your body was made to move...your body was made to eat nutritious meals...your body was made to be a healthier version of yourself You don’t have to train for an hour and a half...you just have to train enough to compliment your lifestyle...it doesn’t have to be intense...it doesn’t have to be strenuous... Here are 5 Tips that you can implement for designing training programs for yourself Get a list of available equipment so you know what type of equipment you have that you can utilize to build an exercise program for yourself Prioritize movement over intensity because you want to stay pain, and injury free...you want to build towards autonomy and intensity in your training as fitness becomes a regular activity in your daily life... Schedule your training days so you know what days you are training for sure...without having the excuse to skip...you took the time to schedule your exercise time...it’s okay to miss some days...but in order for you to build success and get to your goals you have to stay committed to your training program.... Get creative with your trainingyou want to stay engaged, you want to have fun, and you want to see results...you don’t have to have a degree to make exercise and training fun for you...you just have to know what works for your lifestyle and how you want to stay fit Prioritize sleeping, eat quality food, and drinking at least half your bodyweight in ounces in water...these are very neglected because of many factors...but the more consistent you are with prioritize these things...the faster you will see results within your program Hope this helps! Hear me out You workout 1-2 hours a day...5-6x a week Intense workouts...long treadmill and elliptical sessions... You have 1-2 meals a day...you binge eat...you snack...you eat out on the weekends...you eat out for dinner...you drink coffee and stimulants to get you through the day...you go to bed at 12 only to have to be up at 6amyou drink alcohol every night to unwind... You are hurting your goals and yourself You are young now...but it will catch up to you as you get older and your habits stay the same It’s okay to be inconsistent for a short period of time depending on where you are at in your life It’s not okay to be spending your money on a gym or a trainer and not be changing your habits or taking care of yourself outside of the gym...or outside of a training session You deserve better...you need to treat your body better...you only get one and so many chances before our time is up Training is the easy part...cook your meals, sleep, develop better habits...your gainz come from that

I’m really excited to help him When I created BLK BOX Mobile Fitness I wanted to give my members empowerment, individual fitness, and coach them based on their lifestyle, and their habits. I wanted them to feel like they could value fitness, and perform fitness for themselves, without needing a gym to rely on, or a gym t...o go to I want all my members to create autonomy in their training so that they can have a positive relationship with food, enjoy their lifestyle, and exercise for the rest of their life without having to always do intense workouts, or do group templated workouts that aren’t in alignment with their goals and their mood for the day I want them to have: Personal Fitness A program that aligns with their lifestyle Habits based fitness A nourishing, and positive relationship with food A friend, and personal relationship with me Autonomy in their exercise routine I don’t want them to have: A templated program that is done weeks in advance Random group workouts that don’t align with their body, or their goals A restrictive, meal or diet plan that doesn’t align with the foods they enjoy Another group fitness class that doesn’t empower you, or train you to view fitness autonomically Reliance on a gym, or a trainer If you would like more information on my coaching, my services, or business please send me a message! I can’t tell you how many times I have talked to someone about their fitness and their relationship with food...I was at my favorite grocery store the other day and had a conversation with someone that asked me about my business I asked them about their relationship with food and my new friend described her relationship with so much negativity She had spent 2 hours on the elliptical the night before and hadn’t had a meal all dayit was 7pm...... She was punishing herself for the pizza she had for lunch I felt sad. I was upset because so many people in the world have some variation of this relationship with nutrition, and food consumption You don’t have to have this type of relationship...you don’t have to starve yourself because you ate something that brings you happiness...you don’t have to spend hours at the gym burning off the meal you had for lunch I’m sorry if you are going through this now...ask for help if you need it

Hey everyone! I hope all of you have a positive, and healthy weekend! Here is a free workout you can do that requires a Box and a Wall-Ball/Medicine Ball! It’s going to be a cold, but really nice day! Remember to make your fitness a priority! Drink water, have vegetables, and enjoy the sun! A lot of you have been sending me messages about workouts! I appreciate you all so much! Workouts are amazing! But they are just one part of health & fitness What is probably more importa...nt is proper nourishment that compliments your lifestyle, adequate sleep, and lower stress levels The better we can feed, and nourish our bodies, the less we have to put our body through rigorous training, and/or punishing yourself with workouts because you had a cheat meal! The more we can sleep, and the better quality we can have at night, the healthier our body will feel when we wake up! Lastly, stress can be super harmful to our body...it can age our body faster, and make us look older...I hope you can find a way to decrease your level of stress: whether that be finding a job that makes you more fulfilled, or decreasing the amount of money you spend on unnecessary items...I hope you all can find peace within your life, I care about you so much! Verbal Compliments can make an amazing impact on someone’s fitness and their body image They can increase personal confidence, and give positive affirmation to you letting you know that what you are doing is making a difference Two days ago a member of mine let me know that she received a positive compliment on her body image after not seeing her for 5 months... Yesterday, a member of mine let me know that she is starting to like fitness and working out after never taking an enjoyment in exercise in her life because she’s never had a professional fitness, or professional sports coach to help guide her 1 on 1 Today, a member of mine let me know that tracking through myfitnesspal has been amazing value because it keeps him honest, and let’s him know that he’s slowly developing a better relationship with food and his nourishment If you haven’t given someone a compliment in a while, or if you haven’t received one Just know that I care about you, you matter to me, and your fitness matters to me
