*Trigger warning: Panic attacks, triggering language* Mine have felt similar to the feeling you get with a jump-scare, but it just keeps going. *PANIC* Full fig...ht or flight mode that does not quit. I feel like I am unable to breathe and my throat closes and spasms so that I choke and hyperventilate, sometimes gag or throw up. My muscles LOCK like they are anticipating intense pain. I feel like I am dying. A panic attack is NOT an anxiety attack. They are often confused with one another but they are very different experiences. Have you ever experienced a panic attack? Hi Everyone, we just want to give you a quick update on Clubhouse Visalia. We have moved out of our building on Oak Ave, however we are not closed down. We are in talks regarding a larger space to open back up due to the amount of people who use and want to become members. We are planning some support groups to hold on Zoom starting in November. We know that it is sometimes hard for people during the holidays, so we want to make sure that we can become a support for each othe...r again. If you are not a member of our Clubhouse Visalia Facebook Group, please look us up and join. We are doing a poll in that group right now to determine which groups to schedule for November and December. If you have any questions please comment and let us know.
