Outage update (8:35) Fiber crew is back in Visalia/Tulare working on repairing this issue. After working until 2AM this morning they finally needed a break. I’m told with a high degree of confidence they expect repairs to be completed by noon time. Thank you all very much for being extremely patient with us.

Very sorry to inform our clients that’s we are still down as of 6:00AM this morning. This issue has been worked on all night by a very tired and frustrated crew. We ask that you please be patient with us just a bit longer we understand how important your internet connection is. For those of you that need your connection for work or school this morning please use an alternate method like a mobile hotspot in the meantime. All accounts will be credited for the downtime once service is fully restored.

A connection issue has been identified outside of our network this morning. Our upstream fiber provider has been contacted and is working to have this resolved. We appreciate your patience we hope to have this resolved quickly. Updates to follow. Update:11:30AM Our upstream fiber provider has located the isssue and has deployed a fiber crew to repair the issue. They will be leaving Fresno shortly to the Visalia area and replace the faulty equipment. Thank you all for your pa...tience. Update: 4:09PM Unfortunately after hearing back from the repair crew just now a new time frame of 2-3 hours is expected. Update: 7:58 PM Just got off a call with the crew repairing the upstream fiber circuit. Visalia fiber has been rebuilt and crew is 15 min out heading to Tulare to rebuild the other end. They anticipate 30 min to an hr for completion. No small feat on a Sunday on Fathers Day! Thank you Lloyd! Thank you all for being so patient. Update:10:31PM Just received word the repair crew is still working on this issue. They will be working through the night until this issue is resolved. So sorry I don’t have better news.

We are currently experiencing a network wide connectivity issue. Problem is outside of our wireless network. We are working closely with our upstream fiber provider to get this back up asap. Update: As of 12:10 PM issue has been resolved. Thank you for you’re patience.

Unfortunately we are experiencing another service issue with our upstream fiber provider. We are working closely with them to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We are currently experiencing an outage due to a power issue with our fiber upstream provider. They have technicians onsite and are working to resolve the problem. We are currently experiencing a failed backhaul link affecting the neighborhood of Ave 320 at Road 138. Connectivity will be intermittent until radio can be swapped out.
