Strawberry shortcake recipe shared by one of our customers, made with Claravale raw jersey whipped cream. Give it a try and let us know how it turned out! 1. Clean and slice strawberries 2. Cut up Beckman’s strawberry shortcake into bite size chunks... 3. Whip Claravale Farm raw cream to stif peaks (no sugar added nor needed) 4. Place shortcake chunks in a bowl, place strawberry slices on top, put 4 heaping spoons full of whipped raw cream and top with Meyer lemon zest from Craig’s Arromas veggie and fruit stand. 5. Enjoy!
