Its been so long since I posted and since we moved. I am working on numerous smoked and grill recipes gor when i possibly can get a truck or ??? Tonight... I am smoking pork shoulders, mac and cheese, salt and a cheesecake.

Apple Cranberry Meringue Lemon Meringue Bourbon Pecan Cheesecakes: $25.00 Turtle White Chocolate Peppermint Swirl Pumpkin Swirl Oreo Red Velvet Brownie Lemon Basil Also will have different fudges by the pound, sugar cookies decorated by the dozen, gingerbread men decorated by the dozen. And cupcakes. Or even cookie kits, comes with a dozen cookies sugar or gingerbread. Frosting and sprinkles for a family fun night. Pre Order by Sunday at 5 pm. Cash would be preferred. Thank you. This week, CJ's Good Grubbin' Will not be cooking outside of Jimbos. Due to a family death. I will be back next week. Sorry for any and all inconveniences. I won't even be in town. Thank you.

Tonight outside Jimbos we will have Walking tacos again, baked potato bar and Nachos. Its country night plus karaoke. Come get your line dancing on! Ice cold beer, big dance floor, great music and yummy food!!!

My apologies go out to my customers tonight at Jimbos. My husband is super sick, I was going to still come in til his fever spiked. I'm hoping it's just a bug going around. And that I don't get it. But alas, I won't be at Jimbos grilling tonight. Much love thanks for all your support.
