This Thursday, December 10, tune in to watch our virtual tree lighting from the comfort of your home, then hop in the car to drive through the Miracle on Fountain Square Drive event! Dec. 10 @ 4:30 p.m. Virtual Tree Lighting - Join Mayor Slowey and Santa on Facebook Live as they light our tree (a recording will be available on YouTube). This year's tree lighting is completely virtual, in order to comply with State and County Public Health Order...s. Dec. 10 @ 5:00 p.m. Drive through the Miracle on Fountain Square Drive event from 5 - 7:00 p.m. Details can be found here: www.facebook.com/events/378302496811110. Visitors will need to stay in their cars and drive a route by City Hall and the Police Department's front lot to drop off letters to Santa, wave hello to him, get a goodie bag, see specially lit trees and decorated patrol cars, greet holiday characters, and more!

There will be a free flu shot clinic at the Citrus Heights Community Center (6300 Fountain Square Dr., Citrus Heights) on Thursday, November 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free flu vaccinations will be available on a walk-in basis to all those over six months of age without medical contraindications to the flu shot. Here’s what you need to know: Please enter the Community Center through the main entrance (facing Fountain Square Drive)...
