Hey everyone, here is the surprise activity we mentioned. We would love for you all to participate while following the CDC guidelines ( 6ft rule and being in groups of 5 or less.) We understand the "Shelter in place," rule but with proper research, there is a list stating it is okay to visit parks and get outdoor exercise. We would never want to jeopardize anyones health or safety, we would just like to provide the opportunity for a fun Easter activity. If you participate please post pictures and tag us @willowsrecreationdepartment.

It is with a heavy heart that we must cancel the 2020 Springs Soccer Season. We looked for every and any way possible to keep the program going this season but it just wasn't going to work. Please read the following letter and understand that the action was taken in order to best serve the public after information we have received from health officials. You will see that refunds are going to be given, so please be patient with us. We wish everyone the best during this time and hope everyone stays healthy and safe. In light of Governor Newson and the California Department of Public Health’s announcement a couple days ago regarding COVID-19, the Willows Recreation Department (WRD) has made the difficult decision to cancel the last day of Youth Basketball games/ practices on Saturday, 3/14. Also to postpone Spring Soccer practices and games until further notice. While we are disappointed, the health and safety of our community members of all ages is our top priority. There will be a mee...ting with the Health Department next week and when more information is available we will update everyone! If you have questions or concerns please contact us at 934-7041.
