At last night's Council Meeting, Mayor Ulloa debuted the 2020 State of the City, "As we start off 2021 with high hopes for a better, more peaceful, prosperous and most importantly -- healthy year, it is important to review 2020. As in most things, there are always lessons to be learned; heroes to be honored; and strength, determination, and creativity to be admired, even in a challenging year like 2020. I would like to thank the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce and the ge...nerous sponsors for providing us this opportunity to highlight the challenges and upside of 2020." This annual address reviews the critical issues and accomplishments of the past year and provides a vision for the future.
