QUICK TIP: Whenever you are calling a company and leaving a message, do NOT assume people know how to spell your company name or website. Always assume you have to be very clear. Also, clearly state your name and phone number at the beginning of the message as well as the end of the message, so the person doesn't have to listen to your entire message multiple times to get your contact information.
