I haven’t posted in a while. Needless to say, I’ve been busy with transactions, a house full of boys, and a busy schedule in general. The week has been crazy, but today I closed this GORGEOUS home... Another happy customer! Nice to end the week on a good note.

My friend who is an amazing realtor in Jacksonville, Florida had posted this on her page. It cracked me up! It happened again, folks! Another happy customer. I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet family a couple of years ago when they were new in town. I helped them find a home to rent while they settled into living and working in the valley. Fast forward a few years, we find ourselves together again as we close on their first home.
