This project was a huge undertaking, and would not have been possible without your generosity. This year’s senior class has been through a lot, but we are all confident that it has made them stronger and more prepared to take on the world. They were able to enjoy a wonderful socially distant farewell to their high school years. And to Assistant principal of student activities Ms.Cabe, and School Principal: Maryrose Peralta and all CVHS staff that made this possible.

Go out and conquer the world. Despite everything that they were robbed of during the pandemic. From the experience of prom, grad night and all the wonderful things that come with graduating. CLASS OF 2020 Chula Vista High School Grads Treated to Surprise Tribute Seniors at Chula Vista High School picked up their cap and gowns on Tuesday but little did they know they were in for a surprise that paid tribute to the graduates.... To commemorate the Class of 2020, the school hired an artist to hand paint the names of the graduates on its football field, making for an impressive aerial view. Staff and faculty at the school wanted to do something special for the graduates since the coronavirus pandemic robbed them of the various activities high school seniors typically look forward to. The graduates are mission out on so much, DiAnne Cabe, CVHS Assistant Principal of Student Activities, said in a statement. Despite this, they have shown such strength and resiliency that we wanted to do something for them that hopefully they will look back on and cherish for years to come. Award-winning artist Turf Graphics NW made the celebratory design, the school said.

The 3 clothes racks and 3 boxes of hangers came in. I have hangers that were donated as well and lots of clothes. The CVHS Foundation is ready to make this happen! . We must thank all of our donors for their generosity to making our mission possible. Our displaced students can get good gently used clothing and NEW that has been donated when they need. ... Likes are nice, but donations are better for our cause. Please make a 5.00 donation. 5.00 x 300 people = 1,500 that our displaced students need.

Thank you for all those that have donated to our homeless youth and their families that attend CVHS. Your generosity is very much appreciated. But we still need more donations for the students. We are also taking gently used clothing for teenage boys and girls as well as canned goods for a food drive they can be dropped off at Chula Vista high school. Please make a donation today every donation counts even in small amounts. If you can afford a little bit more during this holiday season we thank you.

We have tried to raise money by asking for it, and by not asking for it ! So what I’m doing is asking you again to please donate a few dollars to these homeless students that we have at Chula Vista High School. They are homeless yet still attending classes. Some of these families live in their cars. Can we please give to charity during this holiday season? A few dollars does not make us rich and it does not make us any poor.. but we should be grateful for what w...e have and be considerate of those less fortunate than us. You can choose to ignore what you just read or you can donate a few dollars or as much as you can afford. Thank you

We, The Chula Vista High School Foundation in conjunction with Chula Vista High School, are taking food donations for our displaced homeless students and their families to help them through these hard times and this holiday season. If you would like to help with our food drive, you can drop them off at the school. Please place them in a bag with the contact name of Melanie Brown at the school. If you do not live in the area and would still like to help, Please see the l...ink posted where you can donate money to help the students and we will get the food or items the school is seeking. The Chula Vista high School foundation, the students and the school appreciate any donation you can help out with.

Please help us raise funds for homeless students attending Chula Vista High School. The school is doing a food drive for this holiday season for the students in need. We need to provide daily personal care necessities they need such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant etc. as we need to have this ongoing fundraiser year around. We truly appreciate your giving especially during this holiday season.
