FOR ALL THAT PRE-ORDERED A FRAME! This is our solution... As you know, the company that allowed us to run a pre-order of their new 80% pistol frame cancelled ou...r dealer order. Not only are you my customers, you were theirs as well. Obviously they don't see it that way and have no intentions of making it right. On top of that, they have reported a post in one of our 80% builders groups... A group containing thousands of members that are specifically in the customer base they are trying to market to. Its one of the most ridiculous things I have seen. We, as a community, can not be silenced. Our opinion is just as valid as theirs. The moment they decided to control what we see about them on social media is the moment they lost. Behind their corporation there is one man. That man is a coward, and not someone of morals and good character. By no means am I perfect, but these actions are beyond me. Nobody is walking away from this empty handed. We will pick up the slack. For everyone that has a pending pre-order this is what we are doing for you: OPTION 1 - We ship you a Polymer80 V2 frame of your color choice. We all know there is a shortage of P80 frames, so we can only limit this option to V2's(Full Size Frame) A $150 value for your $99 pre-order price. OPTION 2 - If option one is not something you're interested in, then this ones for you. We will issue a full refund of your item. On top of that we are adding $50 TO YOUR REFUND! That's right! You will be credited back a total of $150. We see it as only being fair. Some have been waiting since NOV 2019. FYI WE HAVE SOME CUSTOMERS ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND TRACKING IS NOT BEING SHARED! We have contacted our local post office to see how this can be resolved. Flat rate envelopes have been an item that is hard to get recently so we purchased our own envelopes for shipping. That being said packages are taking longer than the priority mail we are a custom to using. Please be patient with the tracking. All of these packages have been shipped!
