This a hands-on, good old fashion cracking, best feeling ever. I love how thorough Dr. B is. I have been seeing her off and on for more than 15 years. The office staff; Jenny and Linda are top-notch, very professionally organized and they make you feel like family. They handle ALL the paperwork so you can concentrate on recovering. If you have any chiropractic needs I would highly recommend Dr. B and the Chiropractic Center.

My usual ice packs and Advil just wasn't doing the trick. At my wife's suggestion, I gave seeing a chiropractor a shot. Not that I didn't believe it would work, but I just had no experience with them before. My wife had a friend who saw Dr. Botelho and recommended her. She was very pleasant and explained things very thoroughly to me. Most importantly, I actually felt better after getting adjusted. It's surprising what stretching and cracking of your joints can do. Who knew this would actually help out my back pain. I'm fine now but I know where I will go should my back issues arise again. Thanks Dr. B!

She is able to pinpoint where the tension is located through touch and then she works with you like a physical therapist to release the tension and retrain your muscles. There are many times when I have been in severe discomfort and needed just one appointment to get back to a pain-free condition and back to the gym. Best masseuses as well who know anatomy and can work with sports injuries.

Go out and get some sunshine! Your body and mind will THANK YOU! :)

As bodily needs change everyday, she always takes the time to FEEL your spine, head, shoulders, etc. before adjusting. Like her, she has a wonderfully warm, personable, and sincere staff who are practically family, too. Her massage therapists are fantastic, too, and I also see them regularly also. I can’t say enough good things about them all.

As I got to a point of misery, my wife suggested I contact Jennifer, whom she had the pleasure of being introduced to through a friend. As this is the case for many people, finding a great Chiro is no easy task. At all. So much so that I had not even tried once to tackle the project of screening and finding one. Long story short, a few months fas...t forward my first meeting and then poof! Discal hernia pain almost gone. Neck pain, almost gone too. You gotta play your part too and exercise a couple minutes a day as she instructs everyone to do. that surely helps. Overall, her bedside manner and her expertise worked wonders on me. And I was hopeless... A+++++ and thanks Jennifer for changing my life for the better! See more
