Chinmaya Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp 2021

Dear MSC Delegates: Hari Om. Om Sri Chinmaya Sadgurave Namaha.... We hope all of you are keeping well in light of the current challenging circumstances. Our prayers continue for everyone’s health, well-being and strength. As informed earlier, the Mahasamadhi Aradhana camp scheduled for this summer has been postponed to 2021. With Gurudev’s grace, we are continuing to work through all the details of this postponement. We are very happy to inform you that with Pujya Gurudev's Blessings, we were able to negotiate all the details with Hyatt Regency in Burlingame, CA and postpone this year's camp to next year 2021 without any penalties. And additionally, even though there were some scheduling issues and finding space for all the dates we needed, it has been worked out nicely. They have given us the reservation for next year (July 29th to August 3rd 2021). We were also able to secure the reservation for 5 nights (this is one additional day). We feel very happy that this additional day will allow us to relax the program and include all the details without many issues. It also gives everyone the opportunity to listen to 2 additional discourses from Swami Swaroopananda ji and one additional discourse from Swami Shantananda ji. Please save these dates and we look forward to your presence at the camp. Once the program schedule is drafted, we will be posting all of the updates on the website and we will also keep you posted through e-mail communication. We also want to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has participated in the ‘Gurudev and i’ contributions! We’ve been receiving some really beautiful contributions so far and excited to see more from all the members of our Chinmaya family. With the postponement of the camp, we have extended the deadline for you to submit the contributions by January 31st, 2021. You can submit an ESSAY, POEM, Meme, Song or ARTWORK on the theme Gurudev and i . The select best from the contributions will be displayed at MSC 2021, shared with Swami Swaroopananda ji and other camp delegates. Chinmaya Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp 2021: ---------------------------------------------- Dear Chinmaya Mission Family:... Hari Om. Om Sri Chinmaya Sadgurave Namaha. Prayers to the Lord and Pujya Gurudev for everyone's good health and safety. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who are impacted by Covid-19. Taking into consideration the directives from the World Health Organization, other local and global health ministries, as well as the extensive global travel restrictions, Swami Swaroopananda Ji has requested CMSJ to postpone the 2020 MSC Aradhana camp to 2021. We are in a time of uncertainty about Covid-19 and no one can predict how things will evolve over the next few months. Considering the safety and health of all our delegates and to maximize participation at MSC, Swamiji’s decision to postpone the camp removes a big uncertainty for the Chinmaya family and allows us to focus on putting up a grand event next year. The Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp in 2021 will follow the same theme and topics that Swami Swaroopananda ji has selected for this year’s camp. With the Lord's grace and blessings from our Guru Parampara, and support from all of you, we hope to be able to plan a better event for everyone and offer it at the lotus feet of Pujya Gurudev. We cordially invite all of you to join us in 2021 for the Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp. We will honor the registration fees that you have paid us and transfer your registration details to 2021. You need not register again. In short, with your current registration you will be able to come to the camp in 2021 at the same cost utilizing any discounts you had received. If, due to some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will have until March 31, 2021 to do so without incurring any penalty. Any cancellations requests received before March 31, 2021 will be given complete refund of the fees paid. Hope this gives you enough time to make plans for 2021.
