These are the ingredients of papaya salad. You can put corn, carrots, or even apples instead or in replacement of papaya. It is a common food in Thailand that many people eat occasionally. You can find it in every part of Thailand, although the flavors of different places may vary. At Chetuphon Thai Bistro, we make the papaya salad just like central Thailand’s style. This is how the original chicken satay with peanut sauce and a side of cucumber relish looks in Thailand. At Chetuphon Thai Bistro, the look may differ from the picture, but the taste does not. Healthy Bowl is one of my favorite and also my kid from Chetuphon’s signature dish. A good combination with brown rice, grilled salmon, cherry tomatoes, rasin, cucumber, avocado, and house teriyaki sauce. Umm yum
