Chef Zhao Kitchen-open for two years since May 2016. All the employees working so hard everyday. Honestly, I hope everyone come to our restaurant will enjoying and satisfying. I read a news before, its said: "If you are not prepared to never see your family, never have a holiday, never play golf, then you are not prepared to be in the restaurant business." Yes! Definitely YES! People never know how hard to run a business, owners have to know the competition, know how to comp...liment their menus,and they constantly monitor things like costs and employee behavior. Learn how to get customer feedback and how to emphasize things that make their business stand out from the others. Every step has to be correctly and constantly. Also when there is day-off, they still have to prepare/buy goods. Sometimes, I feel so sad, heart-broken when complaints or other bad things came out. We serve our food with our heart into it. Owners of this restaurant working day and night after service hours to make sure our food done properly. If there is really busy, I hope customer will understand the waiting time and some delay for food. Lastly, I always have my belief: we know we are not the best, we always do our best. Thank you. Chef Zhao Kitchen is a Family owned Southern Chinese Restaurant in Palo Alto, CA. We put a lot of effort, time, energy and love into making a good dish. ' ' That's what I said before: we know we are not the best, but we'll do our best. Let me introduce our Chef de cuisine today. Will Zhao is our Executive chef , he was graduated from the International Culinary Center, founded as the French Culinary Institute. He is a food expert, kitchen planner. He is... ability to work all stations on line. And he maintains full control of the kitchen staff. Also in charge of all activities related to the kitchen, which usually includes menu creation, management of kitchen staff, ordering and purchasing of inventory and planning design. A gifted chef should always be full of passion and vigour. That what Will always did. All things are possible for those who believe. Will love cooking and cooking always making lot of fun.
