Double Lamb Chops with Steamed Asparagus and Lemon Rice.

Sushi night! Started with albacore sashimi with sesame oil and garlic sauce. Then butterfly shrimp sushi followed by the evenings highlight of otoro sashimi and chutoro sashimi. Then salmon sushi and kampachi sushi. Prepared and cut everything. I ordered the fish from Fish-for-Sushi. Pricey but top quality. Also made a few appetizer veggie rolls.

Tonight's fare, Souvlaki Marinated Salmon with Greek Orzo Salad.

This Ahi Tuna Salad was wonderful! Loaded with special things.

Orchietta Pasta with Heirloom Tomato, roasted Chickpeas, Broccoli, Sweet Peepers and Mozzarella Cheese.
