CLEANSING OUR SPACE & CV-19 PROCEDURES: During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking precautionary measures by CONTINUING to implement our sanitation routine like we've ALWAYS done, and by promoting a healthier lifestyle that allows our immune systems to work like it is design to. Our purification protocol: Change face paper after each use... Wipe down table after each person... including the head piece that face paper covers. Diffuse disinfecting oils Dr. Charminae will wash or sanitize hands between members. (Preferably wash since it’s better at ridding contaminants) All babies will receive care on mama’s body or on their own blanket from home. Cleanse & sage entire space at the end of each working day And per the L.A. county mandate, all members must wear masks to enter our studio. Throughout my 6.5 year journey in business, I have done this at least 3 times and here we go AGAIN today... (queue Jay-Z!) ALLOW ME TO REINTRODUCE MYSELF, my name is... Ok, let’s get serious... I am Dr. Charminae (pronounced Shar-MEN-A not Shar-MAINE LOL) and I’m a chiropractor who happens to be a BADASS pregnancy & birth expert equipping mothers with HANDS-ON tools to improve their pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences.... WHY? I believe that physical support & pain relief throughout a pregnant woman’s changing body is VERY IMPORTANT, but so is the state of her emotional and mental well-being. This is why I decided to expand my knowledge and skills by becoming a birth doula in 2015, a childbirth educator in 2016, and also earning several additional certifications in body and birth work to truly understand how our bodies and minds operate during this perinatal phase. As a result, my primary focus is to provide care that allows me to INFORM & EMPOWER while also improving function. This is how I contribute to the betterment of the maternal health crisis taking place in this country. Is this thing on??? Yooooooo!!! Greetings beautiful beings!!! Your fav chiropractor is back from Bali and I cannot wait to continue loving on all the L.A. bumps and babes who I am meant to serve!!! As many of you know, I lost my father last summer (7.18) unexpectedly & very tragically. As a result, I decided to shut down my practice to give myself the necessary time that I desperately needed to grieve and focus on my healing.
