One thing I love about this business, besides the food, is the reset. If you’ve been in over the last few days (thank you!) I’m sure you’ve noticed it’s...err...busier and service is a lot slower and we REALLY appreciate your patience! Opening and closing a place can be tough because it can be the first and last impressions people have rather than the entire history of a business. We used to be able to get out orders in under three minutes on most days and now it’s...well, we just hope you know we’re busting our brioche buns to serve you our very best and thank you again to everyone who’s showing up and being patient as we say farewell!
