Hello ESLS members! LET'S GET SOME EXERCISE! As law students, we are sitting and studying. A lot. That takes a toll on our bodies, and we need to work against the challenges of desk life. Science backs up the fact that exercise and movement is one of the most effective ways to counteract stress and keep the body and mind healthy! In order to help you get up and moving, we’ve partnered with Sports Law Society to bring you today’s challenge. ... CHALLENGE THREE: MOVE IT! For today’s challenge, we want you to post pictures of yourself keeping your body and mind sharp by moving! Send us a selfie of yourself playing a sport, doing yoga, running, or working out! We want to see all the different ways that you guys are keeping your bodies healthy! Submissions will be accepted TODAY from 8 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. TO PARTICPATE: 1. Snap a picture of yourself working out, playing a sport, taking a walk or doing some yoga! Whatever you are doing to move your body! 2. Post your pictures to IG stories! Make sure to tag Chapman SBA (@chapman_sba) and use the hashtag #chapmanlawwellness. 3. 1L’s: Make sure to tag Track Wars and your track as well. The winners of the Challenge will be based on a picture quality, caption, degree of difficulty, energy expended, and if the picture makes the judges want to do your activity. 5.
